Baraqiel Angel
Baraqiel, Barâqîjâl, or Baraqel (Aramaic:, Greek: B) was the ninth watcher of the twenty commanders of the 200 fallen angels recounted in the Book of Enoch. The name means “God’s lightning,” which is appropriate given that Baraqiel is claimed to have taught men astrology during the days of Jared or Yered. Additionally, it has been hypothesised that Baraqiel was the name of Hazael’s father, as indicated in the 9th century BCE inscription from Tel Dan, based on a reconstruction by Schniedewind and Zuckerman. Barak, a biblical character first mentioned in Judges 4, is a shortened version of this lengthier name.
